3. How often can I use my device?
Most people enjoy a 10–15 minute session once or twice a day. Use it for as long as it feels comfortable, and stop whenever you like.
4. Is the warmth safe and gentle?
Yes. The heat function is designed to provide a soft, soothing warm sensation around the eye area. Always use as directed and discontinue use if anything feels uncomfortable.
5. Can I use it lying down?
Yes — our cordless massagers are comfortable to use whether you are sitting or lying back to relax.
6. Are they rechargeable?
Most OptiEase™ massagers are cordless and recharge over USB, so you can use them just about anywhere.
7. Is it suitable for sensitive skin?

8. How long does shipping take?
