Warranty

We want you to love your OptiEase device. This page explains the two protections that come with every purchase: our 30-day money-back guarantee and our 12-month limited warranty. This Warranty is in addition to, and does not affect, any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws (including in the EU/UK).

30-day money-back guarantee

If you're not satisfied for any reason, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery for a refund, as described in our Refund & Return Policy. Items should be in their original condition and packaging. (For change-of-mind returns, return shipping is the customer's responsibility; for defective, damaged, or incorrect items, we cover it.)

12-month limited warranty

For 12 months from the date of delivery, we warrant that your device will be free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal, intended use. If a covered defect occurs, we will, at our discretion, provide a free replacement or a refund.

What is covered

  • Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.
  • Hardware that fails to function as intended through no fault of the user.

What is not covered

  • Misuse, abuse, accidents, drops, or liquid/water damage.
  • Normal wear and tear, including gradual battery capacity loss over time.
  • Damage from unauthorized repair, modification, or use of incompatible accessories/chargers.
  • Cosmetic damage that does not affect function; lost or stolen items.
  • Products purchased from unauthorized resellers.

How to make a warranty claim

  1. Email optiease.shop@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos/video if possible.
  2. Our team will review and respond, typically within 1–2 business days, and confirm next steps.
  3. If approved, we'll arrange a replacement or refund. For valid warranty claims we cover return shipping where a return is required.

Limitations

This is a limited warranty. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability under this Warranty is limited to replacement of the device or a refund of the purchase price, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in this Warranty excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. For full terms, see our Terms of Service.
