When to talk to a doctor first

Please consult a physician before using these devices if you have, or may have, an eye condition or recent eye surgery, are pregnant, have implanted electronic devices, a seizure disorder, photosensitivity, or any other health concern. Stop use and seek advice if you experience pain, irritation, dizziness, or any adverse reaction.

Device-specific cautions

EMS (micro-current / electrical stimulation) devices

  • Do not use if you have a pacemaker, defibrillator, or other implanted electronic or metallic device.
  • Do not use if you are pregnant or have a seizure/epilepsy disorder, without medical clearance.
  • Do not apply over broken, irritated, or infected skin.

Red-light devices

  • Keep eyes closed during use and follow the included instructions; do not stare directly into the light source.
  • Use caution if you have photosensitivity, take medication that increases light sensitivity, or have had recent eye surgery — consult your doctor first.

Heated & massage devices

  • Do not use on broken, inflamed, or infected skin, or over an active eye infection.
  • Discontinue if the heat feels uncomfortable; do not use while sleeping unattended.

General safe-use guidance

  • Keep out of reach of children; not intended for use by children without adult supervision.
  • Do not use while driving or operating machinery.
  • Charge and store per the included instructions; use only the supplied or compatible charger.
  • Discontinue use and contact us if the device shows signs of damage.
