Shipping Policy

This policy explains how and when your OptiEase order is processed and delivered. We currently ship within the United States.
Order processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after they are placed. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a second email with tracking once it ships. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.
Delivery times
Estimated delivery is typically 7–20 business days within the United States after processing, depending on your location and the specific item. Most orders arrive toward the earlier end of that range, but some items may take longer during busy periods or due to carrier delays. These are estimates, not guarantees.
Tracking your order
Every order ships with tracking. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order is on its way. If you have not received tracking within 5 business days of ordering, please contact us.
Delays
If your order is going to take longer than the estimated window above, we will email you with an updated timeframe and give you the option to either wait for delivery or cancel your order for a full refund. We take on-time delivery seriously and will always keep you informed.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs, if any, are calculated and displayed at checkout before you pay.
Wrong address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are unable to redirect an order once it has shipped, and orders returned to sender due to an incorrect address may be subject to reshipping costs.
