Refund & Return Policy

At OptiEase, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. This policy explains how cancellations, refunds, replacements, and returns work. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.

Order cancellations

You can cancel your order for a full refund any time before it has been processed for fulfillment — generally within 24 hours of placing it. To cancel, email us at optiease.shop@gmail.com with your order number as soon as possible. Once an order has been sent to our fulfillment partners, it can no longer be cancelled, but it may still be eligible for the remedies below.

Shipping times

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Estimated delivery is usually 7–20 business days within the United States, depending on your location and the item. Some items may occasionally take longer. If your order will be delayed beyond the estimated window, we will notify you and give you the choice to keep waiting or cancel for a full refund. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, contact us within 14 days of delivery at optiease.shop@gmail.com with your order number and a clear photo or short video showing the issue. Once confirmed, we will send a free replacement or issue a full refund — whichever you prefer. You will not need to ship the item back in most cases.

Lost or undelivered orders

If tracking shows no movement for an extended period or your order has not arrived within 30 days of shipping, contact us and we will investigate. If the order is confirmed lost in transit, we will reship it or issue a full refund.

Change-of-mind returns

Because each order is fulfilled individually, we are generally unable to accept change-of-mind returns once an order has shipped. If you are unsure whether a product is right for you, please reach out before ordering and we will gladly help. If a physical return is ever required and approved, we will provide instructions; return shipping for change-of-mind returns is the customer's responsibility, while we cover shipping costs for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

Non-refundable situations

For hygiene reasons, used devices that have been worn on or near the eyes cannot be returned unless they are defective. Final-sale or clearance items, and change-of-mind requests after an order has shipped, are not eligible for refunds.

How refunds are issued

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. We process approved refunds within 2 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take up to 10 business days for the refunded amount to appear on your statement. Original shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable except where an item was damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Please contact us before opening a dispute

If anything is wrong with your order, please email optiease.shop@gmail.com first. We resolve nearly every issue quickly with a replacement or refund. Opening a bank dispute or chargeback before contacting us actually delays your resolution, because once a dispute is filed we are no longer able to refund you directly until your bank closes the case. Give us the chance to make it right — we are here to help.
